Mandatory Check-outs

The mandatory check-out setting in Twib ensures that every check-in by a field employee must be followed by a corresponding check-out. This feature is designed to maintain accurate and reliable tracking of client visits and activities.

Here’s an elaboration on how this setting works and its benefits:-

How the Mandatory Check-Out Setting Works:

  1. Activation of Setting:

    • Administrators can activate the mandatory check-out feature in the TWIB settings.
    • This setting applies to all users.
  2. Check-In Process:

    • When the employees arrive at client's location, they perform a check-in using the TWIB app.
    • The app records the time, date, and location of the check-in.
  3. Check-Out Requirement:

    • Before an employee can perform another check-in, they must complete a check-out against the existing (lastly added) check-in.
    • The check-out logs the time, date, and location when the employee finishes their task or leaves the location.
  4. Preventing Missed Check-Outs:

    • The system will prompt the employee to check out if they attempt to check in again without a prior check-out.

By default the Mandatory check-out setting is disabled in Twib, one can manage it from settings as shown below.

Main menu >>> Settings >>> Misc settings >>> Scroll down to feature settings >>> Make check out mandatory (Select "Yes") >>> when done click on update

The details will be saved to your panel and will become effective to all users.

Also just cross check that the check-out feature is enabled in the settings; this actually remains enabled by default.
