Access Groups in TWIB provide the ability to create and manage user groups, ensuring appropriate permissions and access levels for different users. This ensures that users only have access to the features and data necessary for their roles.
As the team grows, access groups can be easily adjusted or expanded to accommodate new roles and changes in the organisational structure. This feature streamlines the management of user access, reducing administrative overhead by allowing bulk updates and changes to user permissions. Menu >>> Settings >>> Access Groups >>> click + button to add new groups >>> after adding , created groups will be accessible from Manage access groups.
