Device Lock

On your organization settings if you turn on the device lock then a single user can't login to another device if they have already used any other device previously to login to that same account. this is done to avoid misuse of the application. Your organization admin can always reset the device lock for that specific user so that they can log in to a new device if they need to change their device.

By default the device lock feature is disabled until the admin turns it on.

The process is picturized below.

Enable Device Lock

Menu >> Settings >> Misc settings >> scroll down >> click on enable device lock >> select On and update.

The device lock will be enabled.

Reset Device Lock

To reset your device go through the following picture tutorials.

Go to menu >> click on manage users >> select the user to reset device for >> click on the mobile icon . The device will be reset successfully.
