Target Analysis

At Twib, we are constantly innovating to improve workplace productivity and make performance management simpler and more effective. 

We’re excited to announce the launch of our newest feature: Target Analysis. 

This tool is designed to help businesses monitor employee performance, ensure accountability, and align individual efforts with organizational goals.

The Target Analysis feature allows you to set specific performance targets for employees and track their progress in real time. With detailed insights into individual and team performance. The Employer can set targets for number of check-ins, number of orders, order amount as well as collection amount.

Through this the employer can track the performance of the employees and make space for improvement.

You can also set target for individual branches to monitor their performance as a team (branch specific).

To set target for individual employee :

Go to Menu >> Employees >> Edit any Employee, click on Set target >> now Set monthly targets for your employee (Eg. check-ins count, order count, order amount, collection amount etc) >> Click on save details once done >> Success message (target successfully set).

Note :- The admin can edit/delete target for employees at any point of time. To edit/delete the target Go to Employees >> view / edit target >> make changes to old details and then click on Update >> click on remove target to delete the target.

The changes will be updated successfully.

The admin can also set targets for different branches if available. 

To set target for branches, go to Menu >> Settings >> Branches >> Click on the edit button for the branch to set their target >> scroll to the bottom and click on set target >> give the targets and then click on save details.
