Manage Orders (Admin Panel)

Twib also has an Order Module which includes a range of features to streamline Product and Order Management.
In this module, the admin has full control to add new Products, Create and manage product Categories, and ensure all items are properly organized for easy access by employees. Additionally, the admin can view and manage every order placed by employees, allowing for efficient tracking, processing, and oversight of all transactions. This centralized functionality helps maintain smooth operations and supports better decision-making across the organization.
How to Add Products?

From the menu, go to the Order Module.
You will find the following options:
Product Categories
Products
Product Attributes
Orders
Sales Segment
Create Product Categories(Mandatory)
Click on Product Categories.
Create categories for products as needed.
Add Products
Go to the Products section.
Click on the grid menu.
Select "+ Add Products".
Enter Product Details
Fill in the required fields:
Product Name
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)
Price
Any additional relevant details
Save Product
Click "Add".
The product will be added successfully.

Upload products in Bulk
Go to Products.
Click on the grid menu.
In the product form, click on the grid menu again.
Select "+ Add Products in Bulk".
Download and Edit Sample File
Download the sample Excel file.
Edit the file with your product data (e.g., name, SKU, price, etc.).
Upload the File
Upload the edited Excel file.
Important Note
Make sure to read the alert message carefully.
Skipping the alert may result in an unsuccessful upload.

Product Attributes
Product attributes are the characteristics that define a product, They are used to describe, compare and ultimately help shoppers choose the best product for their needs.
From the Order Module, go to Attributes.
Click on the grid menu.
Select "Add Attributes".
Enter Attribute Details
Provide the Attribute Name.
Enter Attribute Values and select the Status.
Click on "+ Add More" to include multiple values.
Save Attribute
Click "Add" to save the attribute.

Manage Orders
TWIB offers an intuitive Order Management System that enables admins to efficiently manage and track all business orders in one place. In addition to overseeing order status and details, admins also have the ability to manually add new orders, ensuring full control and flexibility in handling sales operations.
Go to the Order Module from the menu.
Click on Orders.
Filter the information as per your requirements.
Click Search — the matching orders will appear accordingly.
From the list of orders, the Admin can:
View complete order details.
Download the order as a PDF, if needed.
Update logs related to the order.
Edit or remove any order as required.
At the bottom of the Orders page, click the Download option to export orders in Excel format.
