The entire tour plan of your employee can also be submitted through TWIB now, you can have the records and approve it from within the app itself.
1. Start the app and go to the menu, Click on Tour Plan.
2. On the tour plan page, it will show you the tour plan of the current month, if any.
3. To add a new tour plan, change the month from the drop-down to a month which does not have a tour plan already created, here you can click on create a new plan.
4. Then select the from the area and to the area from the list, and submit once done.
5. The locations are managed by the company panel.
6. You can also add comments for any particular day.
7. Once ready you can submit the plan for approval.
If you need to check the status of the submitted tour plan, then just switch to that month to see it's status. scroll to the bottom and you will see it's approved. for rejected tour plans, when you switch to that month, you will see the details at the top of the tour plan.
