How to manage Leads ?

Leads are defined as prospecting clients (those are not your clients yet but could be your clients). Such prospects are to be listed and added under manage leads in Twib. Leads can be added by both the admin as well as employee panel .

To add new leads , go to Menu >> Manage Leads >> click on the green + button to add a new lead >> fill up the lead form >> if a reminder is required for followup select Yes/No under Reminder >> if yes set the followup date and time underneath >> click on add .

The lead will be added successfully.

While adding the leads , Twib auto fetches the device address , if you are not on the lead location you can move the address pin on your desired address by clicking on the blue address button respectively. 

Note : 

** The Red box button is for the archived leads ; which are either 0% lost or 100% own.


** One can add check-in for any lead directly from here .Under manage leads >> click add check-in for the desired lead >> it will redirect you to the check-in form.

Also one can view the check ins for any particular lead by clicking on view check-ins under the lead.
