Twib's Leave Management feature is a comprehensive tool designed to streamline the process of handling employee leave requests. Here's a breakdown of its key aspects :--
1. Leave Requests and Approvals: Employees can easily submit leave requests through the Twib app, specifying the type and duration of the leave. Managers receive these requests for approval, allowing for quick and efficient decision-making.
2. Record Keeping: The system maintains accurate records of all leave transactions. This includes tracking the number of leaves taken by each employee, which is crucial for payroll processing and ensuring compliance with company policies.
3. Integration with Other Features: The leave management system is integrated with other Twib functionalities like payroll and attendance management. This ensures that the data is automatically updated across the platform, reducing manual work and errors.
4. Access Anywhere: As Twib is cloud-based, users can access leave management features from anywhere, whether they are in the office or on the go.
Get started with Leave Management
1. Firstly the admin has to configure the leave settings, such as work hours, work days, grace timings, minimum work hours for full and half days as well as yearly holidays.
2. The admin also has to configure leave types (casual leaves, medical leaves, maternity leaves, etc.) and number of leaves granted to employees as per company norms.
3. After successful configuration of leave settings, your employees can apply for leaves from their employee panel .After they apply for leaves, the leave requests will be accessible from Leave applications under Leave menu. Approve or Reject as per your norms and requirement.
4. Admin can view entitled leaves of their employees from leave entitlement section. This feature lets you know about the leaves they have already used and balance entitlement with related information.
Leave setting configuration
To configure leave settings, go to :-
Leaves >> Leave settings >> Configure work hours >> Configure grace timing (if any) >> Configure minimum work hours for half and full day >> Configure holidays >> Configure yearly leave reset date from the calendar >> then configure leave types and number of leaves allowed >> after completion click on save .


after the configuration is completed scroll down and click on SAVE button, your employees can apply for leave now.
Manage leave applications.
To view pending leave applications, go to :-
Menu >> Leaves >> Leave applications >> approve or reject the pending applications by clicking APPROVE / REJECT button >> upon rejecting any applications you can add a message for your employee stating the reason of rejection.


Leave Entitlements
To check leave entitlements of employees, go to :-
Leave >> Leave entitlements >> Select a specific employee/all employees >> Select from and to dates >> Click on "View Report" button.
